I love having the opportunity to take a couple's engagement photos before their wedding. It lets us have some fun together and allows me to get to know them before the big day. I'm not sure I can adequately articulate how much fun I had with Shannan and Wayne when we did their gothic engagement photos together - but let me tell you, we truly had a great time!
Please allow me to explain: they're getting married on Halloween day later this year. While there will most likely be some incorporation of painted pumpkins in their decor on the day of the ceremony, they're keeping most of the decor fairly traditional... with the exception of the vampiresque engagement photos that will be on display (yes, I do believe I made up that word).
Our mutual friend Shannen Ebert did the makeup and hair. Contact me if you're ever interested in her services as she's really quite an artist. She has done hair and makeup for several of our brides in the past.
