Bridal Barbie

The other day, when I first posted photos of Barbie, I think I mentioned that I had pulled the doll out of storage because I remembered that my grandmother Bobbie had made clothes for her. Since then, I cleaned the dress and bought some accessories. My plan was to do a realistic-looking bridal photo shoot using the doll.

I still need to get some jewelry and replace the plastic tiara, but it's getting there. Here are a few photos I took the other day - check out the intricate crochet work my grandma did on the dress.

Dede's dressing table

Amy and Jeremy were moving to a new place and weren't going to be able to fit this dressing table, which Dede once used. I wasn't sure where I'd put it, but I figured I'd find room since I always liked it. I decided to put it by the front door at least for now.
