Balloon Landing

What a surprise to look out the back door and see this at eye level! By the time I got the camera the ride was just ending.

Elham and her beautiful family

I've always thought my friend and massage therapist, Elham, would make a beautiful photography subject so when she offered massage in trade for photos... well... frankly, it was a no-brainer.  And after the session, I think I got the best end of this deal.  Elham's family is beautiful and the private home where we took the photos was an excellent sunset setting.  Here are some of my favorites.

Elham, you look fantastic - look at those eyes!

the lovely Elham (part 2)

Later that evening, we decided to take advantage of the pool lighting and get a few more shots of Elham.  Is she gorgeous or what!

Sweet moments with baby Andrea and her family

I love these people.  Doug and Susana first asked me to take some maternity photos when they were expecting little Angie.  They have since asked me back multiple times to photograph their family after Angie was born.   Now another little girl has joined the gang and once again, I was fortunate to be able to take some photos of the newly expanded family.

Doug and I have known each other since we were teenagers.  When I was fourteen, never in a million years would I have imagined that one day I'd be photographing Doug as a dad.  And yet, Doug is a great dad.  In fact, seeing Doug and Susana as parents (Susana being such a nurturing mom and Doug being such a fun, playful dad) reminds me a lot of my own family.  These are some lucky little ladies.

I think what I liked best about this photo shoot were all of the genuinely sweet moments between Susana, Doug and their beautiful girls.  I hope you enjoy them just as much as I do.

What a sweetie!

Little Angie is growing up so fast - and what a cutie!!
