Meghan and Brian - a touch of Irish in Snohomish, WA

My cousin Meghan and her fiance Brian have known each other for years.  What started as a crush on a boy with a cute Irish accent has turned into a beautiful romance and friendship.  When we learned that they would be getting married we hoped we would be asked to help with the photography and were thrilled when we got the call from Uncle Rollie.  So we packed everything up and headed up to Washington to be part of this beautiful day, not just as the photographers, but also as family.

The ceremony and reception were held at the beautiful Golf Club at Echo Falls.  The grounds are filled with moss colored trees surrounding beautiful lakes and waterfalls.  And while I haven't been to Ireland myself, I'd like to thin that the rich greenery that set the scene for this celebration was at least somewhat reminiscent of the region that Brian's family calls home.

The sunset colored flower arrangements were just stunning.

I just love that Meghan wore boots with her gown - just so appropriate for her!

Hey there beautiful lady!

Meghan's dog Maverick visited for a few photos before the ceremony.

Meghan had such a great time with her bridesmaids - her best friend and her husband-to-be's sisters.

Ring security is a serious business!

You may now kiss the bride.

Once again, thank you Meghan and Brian for asking us to be part of your day.  It was so great to be able to meet Brian and spend some time with the two of you together on your wedding weekend.  You two are so relaxed together, and it's clear that you share such a great connection based on great senses of humor and so many shared interests.  I couldn't be happier for the two of you.
