I met Danielle and Brian at another wedding (more about that later) where Brian was a groomsman, and I liked these two from the start. We were so excited when they became engaged and asked us to photograph their wedding.
Danielle and Brian were married at the Kona Kai Resort & Spa on Shelter Island in San Diego.
Danielle, you really are a gorgeous bride!
See how happy they are? I just loved the way their smiles light up their faces when they're together.
The flowers were GORGEOUS! (will come back include the florist information here later)
I mentioned earlier that we met Danielle and Brian at another wedding. Here's the guilty couple - Kim and Jimmy -- we had such a fantastic time with them, we really feel like they're part of the family. So it was great to see their familiar faces on Danielle and Brian's big day. They recently had a new little baby girl - family photos hopefully coming soon. ;-)
Danielle's bridal party was fantastic!
A quick romantic moment before the reception.
Now here's a cute idea. Danielle and Brian brought lawn games to entertain guests during the cocktail hour. Bocce Ball anyone?
The warm colors throughout the ceremony and reception were so rich and all of the details were really romantic.
Brian's groom's cake. Play ball!
I think this was the part of the Maid of Honor's speech when Brian tried to deny the fact that he enjoyed watching "Real Housewives".
So much romance.
To celebrate her New Orleans heritage, Danielle and Brian incorporated a second line parade into the reception. So much fun!!
Get down!
So happy together...
Danielle and Brian - thank you for asking us to be part of your day. This was such a beautiful celebration of the obvious connection between the two of you. The laughter and fun that you two share together was contagious and everyone - your friends and family, even your vendors - couldn't help but laugh and smile as we experienced it with you. Congratulations on a perfect wedding and an even better life together.
I'm sure you're LOVING Jamaica!!
